Pasta Sauces

Our Pesto and Speciality range comprises our unbeatable Pesto Genovese is considered to be of the highest quality by Italians; this pesto is ‘raw’, and, unlike most bottled pesto products on the market today, it remains unpasteurized to keep all the strong flavours and goodness intact.

The jewel in the Little Sauce Company’s crown is their special and innovative vegetable pesto selection: Tomato & Basil Pesto, Asparagus Pesto, Bell Pepper Pesto, and the favourite, Artichoke and Garlic sauce. All these products are dairy-free, and are suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans.

Pasta Sauces

Our Tomato based sauces comprise Tomato & Ricotta Cheese Sauce which is a regional favourite in southern Italy, and which is soon set to become a favourite in many homes. Our fiery Arrabbiata sauce is a much loved traditional favourite, while our Authentic Bolognese sauce is as rustic and flavoursome as if it were cooked in nonna’s little kitchen at home. All these products are gluten free and are produced in a nut-free environment.

Pasta Range

The Little Pasta Company, our new Pasta brand, complements our sauces with a top quality, 100% durum wheat pasta that is produced in the old fashioned method using bronze dies. It is slow dried to keep the flavour, composition and the goodness of the raw ingredients intact, a process that makes all the difference when compared to the tasteless mass produced pasta varieties that are found on many shelves in our shops.
