Ever stood in front of the huge range of pasta shapes

in the supermarket and wondered which pasta should I choose and does a specific shape go with a specific sauce ? If yes, here is a quick guide to help you

1) Linguine: any pesto and tomato based sauces.

2) Bucatini: rich sauces based with meats,

creamy ones like carbonara.

3)Canneloni: these are for baking in the oven and

meant to be stuffed with meat

sauces, vegetables and cream sauces.

4) Farfalle: tomato based sauces, vegetables

5) Fusilli: vegetables, tuna, meat based sauces

6) Gnocchi: tomato based sauces and summer

sauces

7) Orecchiette: vegetables, spicy sauces

8) Penne: ragú, tomato based sauces such

as arrabbiata

9) Rigatoni : ragú bolognese or other meat sauces

10) Spaghetti : butter, olive oil, tomato based sauces,

fish and some cheese based sauces

11) Spaghettini: use tomato based sauces, olive oil,

fish sauces that are liquid to avoid the

pasta clumping

12) Tagliatelle: ragú bolognese or other meat sauces

to have received incredibly positive responses from all the nice people who came to taste our sauces! Many of you gave us suggestions on what deli's or outlets to contact, so hopefully

we will soon be stocking a store near you!!

OUR LAUNCH!!!!!

The Little Sauce Company lauched their products at the Real Food Festival at Earls Court. It was a lot of hard work and very late nights getting ready by in the end it was worth it!

On Trade day on Friday, we had keen interest in our products and amazing positive feedback after tastings of new unseen fresh products on the market.
